A page for each subject
The core functionality of EFFACTS is the creation of a page for each subject that is registered in the data room. On this page, users are able to view all related information and documents. The unique standardized setup of each page makes EFFACTS very easy to use.
Secure disclosure
Based on the Role Based Access Control, you can authorize users to one page or a set of pages. You can even authorize access to (part of) the corporate data by external users (stakeholders, lawyers, accountants, etc.). Specific rights can be set to permit the download, printing and mailing of information. EFFACTS also supports watermarks in your confidential information.
Newsletters and other notifications
EFFACTS is able to send newsletters and other notifications to a group of users. You can even use EFFACTS to keep stakeholders without access rights to the data room informed on changes in the corporate structure, new contracts and many other types of information.
Automatic alerts
You can generate automatic reminders and alerts on important events and due dates. EFFACTS is able to extract these alerts based on rules you can easily define yourself.
Email and tweets
Each subject page has a mail button that enables users to exchange the information of the subject with other people. The default template of EFFACTS makes it very user friendly to inform your stakeholders on a certain matter.
Users can contribute ideas or share knowledge with tweets. This is a very efficient way to inform a group of people with just one click.
