Role Based Access Control
The functionality of the role based access control system of EFFACTS is unique. Standard templates come with a role for Administrators, General Viewers and General Editors. You can easily specify the rights for new user groups by subject or index. You can also control EDIT, VIEW, CREATE and REMOVE rights on all levels of the data room.
Multiple options for authentication
Standard authentication for users is based on Login and Password. EFFACTS also offers support for a wide range of other authentication methods including the Single Sign On protocol, Security Tokens, Open ID and Public roles. If the security level requires a two-way authentication EFFACTS supports login with certificates.
History and versions
EFFACTS enables users to store both current and historical information. The data room supports proactive archiving by using a start and end date for specific subjects like a contract or appointment. Besides that, standard all modifications in the data room are logged so an Administrator is able to review and reset the history.
Audit trail of users
You can easily view and track all actions of each user in EFFACTS. The platform provides a full audit trail of the information uploaded, all changes maded, milestones and tasks created, and much more. It is impossible that information is lost without a trace, it is even impossible to view information without a trace!
