Legal Manager and Firm24 join forces

Firm24 and Legal Manager signed a collaboration agreement on October 1st. Together they want to develop and offer innovative solutions that completely unburden companies in the field of corporate services. Legal Manager's provides a wide array of corporate services for its clients, such as making board decisions, setting up companies and implementing changes at the Chamber of Commerce, performed very efficiently and at low rates.

Companies have to spend more and more money on corporate services to comply with the growing (inter)national regulatory burden, such as the mandatory UBO registration. The scale of Firm24 and the specific knowledge of Legal Manager combined creates a new one-stop-shop that completely unburdens companies in this area.
