Legal Manager acquires Evidend from Lefebvre Sdu

Amsterdam, November 11, 2025 – Legal Manager today announced the acquisition of Evidend, the only platform in the Netherlands offering digital shareholder registers, from Lefebvre Sdu. The acquisition strengthens Legal Manager's position in smart services for legal departments and their notaries in the Benelux. Financial details are not being disclosed.

Lefebvre Sdu has built up Evidend's position in recent years. Under the Legal Manager banner, the platform will focus on further expanding its unique position in the Netherlands. Continuity for customers is guaranteed. Existing Evidend customers will retain access to all functionalities. Links with the Chamber of Commerce will continue to work as usual. Legal Manager Services will integrate the Evidend functionality with its own platform. An initial release with improved search functionality, dashboards, and additional management options for UBO reporting is planned for Q1 2026.
