Legal Manager and Firm24 combine forces

Legal Manager enters into a partnership with Firm24.

Firm24 and Legal Manager signed a partnership agreement on October 1. Together they aim to develop and offer innovative solutions that take corporate services entirely off companies' hands. Through the partnership, Legal Manager's clients can have a wide range of corporate work carried out highly efficiently and at low rates, such as drawing up board resolutions, incorporating companies and filing changes with the Chamber of Commerce.

Companies have to spend more and more on corporate services to meet the growing (inter)national regulatory burden, such as the mandatory UBO registration. Firm24's scale combined with Legal Manager's specialist knowledge creates a new one-stop shop that can take this work entirely off companies' hands.

Firm24 is the largest corporate service platform in the Netherlands. Companies and entrepreneurs use Firm24 to incorporate companies faster, better and more cheaply, and to arrange other legal matters. Legal Manager is a legal service provider focused on setting up and optimizing companies' legal operations.

As of October 1, Legal Manager will route certain client services through the Firm24 platform. All notarial work will be handled by Firm24 first. Work in the areas of contracts, compliance and other legal matters will follow.
